Minor quibble here the bolt is for loading a new round the trigger is for actually firing the round. You might wanna look at that combat a bit for some editing.

While educate is the best option, Run ‘n Gun is always a good option. The moment you have to run away, and shoot at the people chasing you, you realize just how useful the perk is. Sure, running and shooting isn’t a good idea when one has the choice…but when you don’t have a choice? (I killed Vulpes with the Varmint Rifle. Just keep running around, dodging him and the legionaries, and shooting as you lead him around.)
