Before each fight, is there a way for the MC to swallow a bean wrapped in a small barrier? When he is badly hurt, just turn off the barrier and he will be healed.

Hmmm, that's a good idea. Though Barriers keeping the barriers active and moving around mid-fight can be a bit distracting. As mentioned during the time he put a barrier around Bulma when he fought Cui. (This idea of barriers being distracting to hold up was taken during the times Babidi used it in fights)
