Honestly it's always best to avoid doing these dumb wishes, this story would be instantly less frustating if you just brushed the 'wishes' off as perks that god gave him without being his decisions, and I know that he though that he would go back to earth but the wishes make no sense. Also why would he even limit his wishes to be choosen from Anime? Archer's experience? Why would you need that in normal life? Tough body? Why not Immortality or maybe being more expecific? Like 'Luke Cage's power' or 'Wolverine's regeneration'? To speak all languages? Why not being highly intelligent or instant mastery?
So The Three Wishes Are: 1. Emiya Shirou/Archer Experience, Power & Abilities (Type-Moon). 2. Personal Condition: The user can manipulate their own personal condition/state. This includes strength, speed, agility, durability, dexterity, intelligence, wits, willpower, etc., as well as making their condition good or bad, affecting their appearance, quality and working order. Person Condition Levels: ■ Peak Human Condition - User is at the highest mental and physical condition that a human can reach. ■ Enhanced Condition - User's mental and physical condition is beyond the peak human limits of their universe, but not to high superhuman levels. ■ Supernatural Condition - User's mental and physical condition is blatantly more powerful than other people of their universe, reaching into high superhuman territory. • Type I - Arguably one of the greatest minds in their world, strong enough to lift construction vehicles and destroy thick steel, fast enough to easily move at supersonic speeds, durable enough to withstand most explosions. • Type II - Easily the greatest mind in their world, strong enough to lift large aircraft and destroy the toughest metals, fast enough to easily move at hypersonic speeds (and beyond), durable enough to take powerful explosions. • Type III - Near an Absolute Condition. Arguably the greatest mind in their verse, strong enough to move skyscrapers or even planets with incalculable strength, fast enough to move at (or beyond) light-speed, and invulnerable to virtually all physical harm. ■ Absolute Condition - The ultimate type, the user has no limits to their mental and physical capabilities. 3. Omnilinguism: Instantly speak and understand any language fluently. The user can speak, write, understand and communicate in any language, including computer codes, the universal language of mathematics and music, languages that have never been heard before, sign language (even lip-reading), illegible words, and backwards speech and writing with little or no training. The user may even communicate with non-human animals or read body language. This ability works by any one or more of these faculties: • Aligist - able to speak, read, write and understand all languages. This however does not mean animals or anything other than human languages. Some certain type of aligist may also be able to understand underwater creatures but they are quite rare. • Intuitive Multilingualism - capable of intuitively translating and learning new languages, including alien languages. • Linguistic Assimilation - know another one's language through physical contact. • Projective Omnilingualism - emit a field that translates every language spoken inside it, causing everyone to understand what others are speaking. • Receptive Omnilingualism - the translation of any written language into the user's own native tongue, or through subliminal intuition of what by physical communication means. This ability may even employ telepathic faculty, where the psychic energy is read (by hearing or sight) to understand what the message is meant to convey. • Telepathic Translation - translate all languages and cause others to hear languages they understand and vice versa. Usually, this ability is reciprocal, so that the user and the subjects can understand and communicate with one another efficiently.
