id go for the first one as it embodies what he wants and acts a good foundation for his ascension.

also this is just personal opinion but the first one sounds waaay cooler I am sucker for pure destruction power like Evo 1

I believe the first one would make sense for how they have been building themselves up to this point as they have been focusing on the apocalypse build. alssso they have like never been focused on evasion and trickery which is the second Evo option

the first option is a solid increase his power and defense, while the second is to gain invulnerability and the ability to make multiple versions of him self, BUT, divine energy should still be able to over come his invulnerability if used correctly, and the gods should be able to figure out how over come it, and his duplicates, unless he can de summon them and resummon the instantly, then he will just give the enemy more area to hit him, besides, the ability to make duplicates of him self should be able to be replaced with good enough mastery of space-time magic.

Both seem pretty good for fighting gods. Does this mean he will become a god, too?

the first one sounds way too destructive and while that is useful I feel like the second one is better since it gives him even better survivability and imo you can never have enough ways to survive!
