He should have to accomplish certian feats in order to achieve a transformation along with the required cells, the way you have it makes things too easy and kinda dumb, dude gets enough cells and then becomes a god. It’s just dumb, for legendary he should have to fight a legendary sayian at full power or collect some of their blood or something, the normal forms sure keep ‘em as is (ssj, ssj2, ssj3) because that’s how they actually were but for god he should have to obsorb god ki or do the ritual, legendary like I said, and other ones have coresponding requirements. It’s just way too easy for them as is and isn’t very thoughtful
