I wonder what this method Zeke has in mind for Alicia to be alive again. Is it him again being in the Underworld, not returning for so many years?🥺🥺 When he told Azy that Alicia will be fine, is it because he's transferred some powers or a bit of his energy to her? Or the utter of her name from his, adds up to the healing? Or is Gav's help needed? or maybe Elle's? So proud of the father and son (Zeke and Azy) for being strong in front of their Alicia! These chapters were read with a mixture of joy, laughter, apprehension, heartbreaking, sadness and hope. Alex teasing Zeke like old times. Seeing this makes my heart itch with happiness. Azy left me heartbroken. He is 10 years old. A child. And he was so happy to see his dad, probably seeing his hope finally come true, and him breaking down in tears. And knowing that his father is powerful and he is probably the key to saving his dying mother. And Zeke frozen in Alicia's bedroom door. Barely breathing at the thought of seeing his wife after years and the nervousness of knowing something was up with Alicia because her son was desperate something about her. And he still apologizes to his father for not keeping her healthy. And Zeke comforting him. Say it wasn't his fault. 🥺 Azy wanting to look strong. Unbreakable. Just like Zeke. And Zeke knowing every aspect of his son and being proud of him. So heartwarming. However... Zeke sees Alicia. She almost dead. In coma. I want to cry. A lot. 😩 The tenderness of his every action and care for her. He missed his wife a lot. And is she in that state? Zeke is very strong. He could barely stand to see him in this state. Shaking hands indicate that he can barely contain his strong emotions. And he will save her. But what method would this be? Need some sacrifice? I don't think Zeke cares what sacrifice is. He and Azy need Alicia. Their Alicia. Zeke has already lost her twice. When she died and when he left her to go to the Underworld. A third time is too much.
