A lover perhaps?A childhood friend/lover perhaps before he was kept in the dungeon?Or someone who played with his emotions in the dungeon that caused him to have a cold heart?

While Sebastian did rock her world, he wasn't expecting much on his end. His past experiences have left him traumatized and he could only go to extremes to get a release which can be very dangerous for the partner. But now he's dazed by the fact that she rocked his world, set it totally askew. 😵‍💫🤯 Unfortunately for him, he has unknowingly given his girl the worst kind of insult by calling another woman's name in his sleep and she is going to close herself down from him. Elle is a very stubborn and determined woman who will stand by what she has said and Seb's going to be punished for a crime he doesn't even know he's committed. Elle may be like crack cocaine for him, do it once and you're addicted, but Elle will stand behind her "first and last time" statement she made before they started, even if it tortures her every single day she is with him. 😔
