I’m even a little sorry for Reverse Flash, after all, he was doomed to be Barry Allen’s Main Enemy and the Flash’s Creator 😔 (he even once wanted to become Kid Flash, this can be seen from his Clothes). He belongs to that Type of Villains who were driven crazy by Heroes (Joker, Black Manta, Lex Luthor, etc.)

Batman doesnt care for the innocent civillians who suffers after all his real identity sits on a luxurious mansion away from crimes
