Kaido Has the ability but what about after he destroyed it? He does not have the ability to escape like Enel does, he would be sorrounded before he can fly. I also thought of Shiki but unfortunately an Island would fall slowly for an Admiral. So why can't Enel do it? -With the power of a pen, anything is possible😒.

Can't Enel see into the future? Why is he so easily caught out by ranged attacks (first Agents then Cannons). It's a bit difficult to accept.
