This is a unique story that deviates from canon in sensible ways. The established rules of the world hasn't been broken which is good.

SO if Ginuy needs 5 days to go to namek then how many days does the others need to go to earth from planet Frieza? Also are there even people strong enought to defend earth? Even the weakest of the ginuy team had at least 30k power (and time stop). From what I remember the only ones on earth right now is chiazo, krillin and master roshi and neither of them are strong enough to defend.
