some already gave up but their factions will try to push them further (what also shows the problems of a few heirs), some are still willing to struggle. some factions (in- and outside) are already preparing to join the yet non existing rui faction. the emperor is out of the picture again so rui will have to deal with this himself AND there seems to be trouble in the beast region or at least a problem is starting to escalate. it would be nice if rui wins the race but decides to look for the divine doc to get the emperor cured and pursure his own path further without having to manage the empire

All things considered im warming up to the idea of rui as a prince, especially with a potential war with the beast zone brewing.
