Kind of predictable based on how he said all this with Royal blood should be permitted to speak. I bet big money that each Prince and Princess are going to talk and duke it out with their words for the next three or six chapters. Then the emperor is going do be like, “Are you done? We still have one more with Royal blood in that that hasn’t spoken.” And then he’s going to turn to Rui in a big bombshell dropped moment.
While this melodrama is happening I have a question. Does a grade 10 technique in apprentice realm remain grade 10 in higher realms as well, like how Rui used fire breathing against assassin, is it still as strong as it was in apprentice realm. I know there are advanced version of same techniques in higher realm, but are each advancement automatically makes them grade 10 again. For eg will kane's godspeed in Sage realm still be grade 10 when even masters can just teleport, sages probably bend space and time itself. Sure it can still be insanely strong but not grade 10 level.
