hmm can he improve the Spartan's armor and gear alot of Spartan's died before and during the war with the covenant during the war it was mostly becouse they didnt have energy shields in their armors yet before i am not sure but fell like i heard alot of Spartan's died before the war started i can be wrong tho

Most of the Spartan IIs were killed during the invasion of Reach not because of their lack of energy shielding as the MJOLNIR came with energy shielding

Thank you for the chapter Dr Dred. I am sure Axel has more plans to help gear up every military branch of the unsc armed forces. Since the army, navy, air force, marine corps, office of naval intelligence (oni), and in the future spartan operations will benefit for all the new weapons, technology, warships, aircraft, tanks, etc.
