They are immortals and they were just born better, even if they feel good playing good guys, they still look down on everyone, that arrogance, that mentality that they are right, this is evil man, same kind of evil that kept the joker alive, same evil that keeps Luthor free, Diana is a Demi Goddess, she cant understand mortality on a fundamental level, superman is just delusional, lex luthor was right all long.

I think the reality check( bashing?), Might put a distance between him and Kara.
