Well Ian looks utterly pathetic here. He has no self control for a man who's living a second life and have zero responsibility for his actions. He's literally risking his entire career, ongoing projects and most importantly his second life for instantaneous emotional relief.

What the?! Where did that even come from?! When I said I wanted to see him explode I didn’t mean doing something so stupid. I don’t know how to feel about this chapter at all. I am a little disappointed to be honest, I hope it gets better after this. Too much drama kills the drama.

His solution for stress relief was doing something completly dangerous and illegal... While sober? And already with judicial troubles? This guy who is different from his predecessor irresponsible ways? That was too much for my willing suspension of disbelief.

the whole drama is dragged for 5 ish chapters now. it's a hollywood harem novel and wish-fulfillment does not really need outside drama - corporate espionage, woke-marketing (a stretch, but acceptable), actor's family small family drama, whatever. NOT whatever this baby case is supposed to be - it should have ended in 5 chapters or be told from more perspective as it advances, not Ian ruining everything, short drama scenes back to back. That's just bad pacing and filler. Sorry author the novel is good but I just had to get this out

NO PATIENCE FOR IAN RENNER ( INSPIRATION FOR THE FAST SAGA)! While we catch up with our resident director Ian Renner and Niko team ,beforehand we had Ian Renner taking a walk on the Wild side on illegal street racing ( as our unlikely Ian Renner had to burn rubber for a new experience on his pressure machine release valve with the Hollywood industry arena . Erstwhile , Going out in a few late night streets races and meeting an fellow street racer under an assumed name "Max Peyton " and his supposed driver ( whom lost his girlfriend previously mentioned to cope. Before the unexpected duo were arrested by the cops and at the precinct station and Ian Renner thought to make an call to Uncle Mason but thought better of it as he made an impromptu call to Senator Chris Greyson for a c as cash in favor at the latest. We'll see how it goes next time for our resident young director Ian Renner and & Company at the meantime . 2 FAST 2 FURIOUS ( THE KING'S CHARIOT !) Catch ya later Cheers! P.S.
