if you have to choose someone as a love interest the only ones I can think of so far are Linda Park peekaboo Zatanna and killer frost maybe poison ivy intellectual or power type. if you're going for people from the Arrow TV show I would say do that Summer Glau character before Slade Wilson gets to her. or if you want to be really Petty to Lex Luthor get his assistant manipulate her to take over his company.
