I really hope they find Rachel soon... Joy can't live with her life on hold and misrable forever but she has a right to feel the way she does. I am Childfree by choice, but I really think there is absolutely nothing worse than losing a child... And not having closure would make it a hundred times worse. I do really think that she should talk to someone else about it on a regular basis besides Derek though. It doesn't even have to be one of her girl friends if she is worried about them feeling sorry for her or her bringing them down, it can be a therapist, but constantly bottling up these feelings that are still having such a great affect on her day to day life isn't healthy.
