Pointbreak
Honestly, i don't mind if you write at your own pace, but only if the content continues to be interesting. So far, i haven't seen anything too special going on other than the empire being predicted and losing. It's not boring, just that it kinda feels bland since it's just a back and forth across the river. considering the passages are destroyed now, they shouldn't even be able to cross the river any longer, so it makes sense for Vaan to gather his full forces in the 3 outposts as the enemy can only attack by river or air now. With Henrietta returning to the kingdom, and Vaan the war should be over due to the risks involved for the empire if they continue. Even with your own pace, if you don't drag it, it should end quickly since the situation is clear as day.. there's nothing than can threaten them now and the empire will only waste resources and lives. Those are my thoughts. I just don't want the obvious inevitable to be prolongued unnecessarily
c and d for me. I don't know about anyone else but I like this book. with that said changing it to fit the audience can change the entire story and how you want the ending. I have read some books where the seem rushed at some points, and it feels like they left out some key points for later on. So I would like you to continue at your own pace.
D, although it's good to follow up on feedback, the very vocal people tend to be the ones with de most radical opinions, following up with a poll was a good idea, for me, it's been enjoyable, you've placed clearly defined fronts, followed concentrated actions while still maintaining vision on the effects of said actions on this fronts and the counter strategies have been reasonable, it's a good war arc untill now
I'm quite enjoying the war arc, though it shouldn't drag on for too long in it's current state as the war is already quite one sided even while the MC is holding back a lot. That can becoming boring if it lasts too long. I'd imagine many people are waiting for things to get turned up to eleven with the dragons and Vaan getting directly involved. The feedback is probably coming from that direction?
