I really appreciate the effort that you put in writing. It is always consistent in quality and the pacing is tortuously slow but in a perfect way, which I love ❤️ Vincent is a really complex character. Him being annoying, rude, indifferent and also twistdly considerate at times. You make us love him for being him, and hate him too at times. It is very hard to execute that: writing on a thin line between love and hate. I want to stab him so bad for breaking Eve's precious heart 🔪 He doesn't want to admit his feelings for Eve, and gets irritated at it. Though, I think this is a perfect scene to push the story forward, as they finally realise their feelings for each other and how to go about it. Very good development and conflict =) I love Eve's character a lot too. A strong, independant woman with a kind heart. My heart breaks for her when she said "I am a person with a heart, and there is only this much one can bare" 🥺😭 she has to deal with the whole world preying on her and has to keep her true identity as a secret. God her life is so tough! Yet she treat everyone with kindness. Ash, you create so many outstanding characters which is so lovable and memorable ✨ I am so happy I stumble upon your books to read 🥰

I love seeing Vincent like this ....so in conflict with his feelings and thoughts. It serves him right though. He deserves to suffer a bit before he admits his feelings. Eve's confession is bugging him like big time! That's fine. He needs to realise just how courageous Eve was. It's better that she did it because she never did it to Noah. Vincent should be lucky that he was the first one she confessed to. That way Eve would know how to sort her feelings and start forgetting about him. IF SHE CAN. This is the time for Noah to step up and see what Vincent would do. Let's see if he can let go of Eve. I want him to be jealous. I’m really glad to hear that he can’t get Eve out of his mind. I just hope it doesn’t take him too long to figure out he loves her. The longer he waits, the less likely Eve will open up again. Hopefully this trip out will prove his feelings!
