Are you going to include chitari invasion at some point? If so, I would like to see Jack Sparrow return commanding a ghost Black Pearl and Ghost pirates or skeletons to fight back.

if he gets points from his personas,then he should create more personas like a flamboyant one(Jack Sparrow), a assassin one which will get famous in certain circle and so he could kill his enemies silently (but not so silently that people won't know) & a hero one(optional) as for love interest, it should be someone powerful (or someone with special ability) & should be neutral.

Maybe it would be best if you kept his harry potter identity as wizard only crimes while you use the captain as his muggle thief name. You could allow him to use telekinesis/pyrokinesis as the captain and pretend he's a mutant if you don't want to use magic publicly The rituals are pretty cool so far, i like the Dracula blood idea its pretty cool. Maybe a few interesting crimes would be using magic to put his face on national monuments overnight like big ben/empire state building/Whitehouse etc..

I picture him like this, at least as of right know. Maybe a little bit more filled out on his face, once he goes through the dragon ritual I'll look for something else but this fits him nicely for me.

That was an incredibly easy ritual and apparently no negatives either from the fusion or the vampire portion. Just out of nowhere race change. Still nothing on killing and torturing officers to death.
