Love this fanfic it’s one of my favorite right now along with the skagos one. Hopefully mc finds out about Varys, Baelish, and Cersei secrets and schemes when he goes to take his lordship in kings landing because there’s no way players in the game like them wouldn’t want to meet the mc to get a read on him and if mc was smart he’d read their minds when he does meet them to find out about what they’ve done and are planning. Otherwise it’ll kinda feel like your purposely preventing mc from finding out the truth when he should have to create more trouble for him down the road. It’s not like he has to take them out right away if your worried about it shortening the story but as payback mc can slowly take all they own and prevent their plans so they slowly loose everything for the ultimate revenge mostly directed at Varys and Baelish. Without them theirs still plenty of plot to write about if that’s what your worried about like more kingdom building in the north along with things he can do in essos like helping dany conquer slavers bay, helping rogares conquer Tyrosh and myr after the disputed lands, Cersei can still kill Robert and Jon Arryn and create a war but it’s not as bloody since I’d see dorne, north, riverlands teaming up maybe even tyrells if you convince Jon to marry margarey and take the throne against the seperate parties of Lannister, and two Baratheon brothers, etc.

if you wanted to go ahead and drop another chapter I wouldn't hold it against you. it's not like I have been refreshing my library for the last couple hours hoping for it or anything.

just read the original hope you have harry plan to learn and improve the magic of Valyria with arithmancy like in the story hp transmigrated into domeric Bolton. after all that's the only magic his kids will be able to use the original author discovering the knowledge and then dismissing it as useless didn't make any sense.
