Comments of chapter undefined of Game of Thrones : The Northern Realms

Harém: Ella(Lady Rogare), Daenerys Targaryen, Arianne Martell, Margaery Tyrell, Myrcella Baratheon, Sansa Stark(maybe).......

Yet again and obvious, poor plot. Assassins with weird words and both times he just kills them, first time was mid battle so its understandable but now he didnt take them? tear their minds of any info? when he asks himself later "i wonder who sent them" he just sounds like an idiot, all for "suspense".

Is it possible to give a small note about if you have made any changes to the plot from the original after the chapter so those who have already read the original before can know?
