I checked this out because you stopped updating Amarillo, I like it. Here are my affectionate suggestions: • Gil should really try making his inner world match the type of aura or atmosphere that his ideal self would have. • Nymphadora is really cute & intrepid. I ship her all the way! • It seems that he could create a "battery" between his occlumency & legilimency, developing a 'core' which helps him not only moor all mental influences to a single source, but also would help him generate perfect & thrilling imagination or mobilization behind his spells. • If he is having trouble developing a spell, he could make a mind gu or petri dish that automatically consumes the resources of his mind (concentration & memory) to fastpace it's magic methodology exponentially. He can also splice spells together using this technique. • Gil is already a teacher, and if he is going to do it, he might as well take it seriously and build a foundation of learning. DefendAgainstDarkArts DADA | it would be interesting if he defined the Dark Arts for students & include how they infect or disintegrate your health and wellbeing; he could mention that Dark Arts = chaos × sacrifice, the more violent & vicious you are & more maniacal & demented your imaginations the easier it is to spur chaos, which reduces the sacrifice of using Dark Arts. This_on top of danaging yourself from the sacrifice aspect_creates an adverse incentive to go flippin crazy. No spell (since they are all tools in the end) can really make you evil, but if you don't gave a conscience of calm deliberation in your study œ magic, it is easy to ruin everything. [at this point, somebody could ask how they are supposed to know if they are sane or not? then he could suddenly receive inspiration or something and smile~ saying "Learn OCCLUMENCY!"]
