Satellites can't "see" him, the same about others with power (idiot of author just forgets this aspect sometimes with telepaths), if even ancient one is not capable of such. Then why ordinary agents can spy upon him ? And of course how can normal camera see him after that ethereal barrier ? (Letter of ancient one is fresh in our mind)
