Seems like reading those law books only helped creating reformed laws. The school doesn't seem to teach much to our MC. Most of her knowledge came from reading books, or watching others use spells. If she truly wants to avoid worse case scenario, should build stealth vehicles, warn otherworlders of incoming conflict, and test blood seal contract on dungeon creatures to see if possible in breaking it. Then attempt learning how to make personal dungeons for civilians. Certainly better than using cellars, basements, and bunkers.
