I'm not going to lie, I'm sad that apparently we won't have Tsunade and Katara in the Harem, and honestly not having them summoned sounds like a waste when at any moment Hector can receive gachas like Madara, Hashirama, Aang or Wan (The First Avatar), looking from a coldly calculated point of view (ignoring the obvious attractiveness) Katara and Tsunade would benefit more from being summoned than assimilated. unlike Yujiro Hanma and Gol D. Roger, they would give more assimilated benefits than summoned ones, Yujiro due to his superhuman mastery of Martial Arts added to his evolutionary capabilities and Roger due to him being possibly the greatest user of One Piece Haki, in addition to his great charisma, which would be very useful to improve Hector's leadership skills. and unlike Tsunade and Katara who can at least serve as teachers for Hector's allies and medics when he's not available, Yujiro and Roger would have no other use than being minions to be used in combat. but I'm glad that maybe we'll have Chun-Li and we'll have the best Girl from Halo Cortana. Looking forward to the next chapter, until November 27th.

If the mc really wants to change the public opinion on "meta's" then he should look at integrating them into the modern day culture. From little things like pop groups, models, actors or even games hosted on TV from sports like foot races to fights like the ufc. Once they've merged with a variety of occupations widely recognised and with large fan bases it'll only be a matter of time before it's considered "normal". He could even implement safety training in schools and such for what to do when a "meta" awakens their powers or create emergency responses for such occasions like firefighters... but of super powers. ... also your use of past and present tense is still really bad. It's honestly the only thing dragging this great story you have down.
Okay, unfortunately there's no denying it now, something extremely serious must have happened to the author, I really hope he's wrong, and even if he doesn't update the story anymore, I hope he's ok. It's been great to follow Hector's journey, and I will certainly continue to follow if the story ever returns, although at this point I don't have high hopes. oh I have a question does one for all increase the power of other skills I don't think the mc is stupid not to be using it now, since it is a skill that strengthens other skills, but if he evolves one for all this effect of strengthening other skills also increases, maybe with the boost cards, one for all can even make all skills not only get stronger, but even evolve, so it would pay much more to give the cards to one for all, already so he would not only evolve one for all, because then he could use this increase in strength and maybe even evolution in all for one, and with that all other skills, at the price of evolving one, he evolves all skills.
