I am a little bit confused and disappointed of the MC, it should be the reincarnated one to lead but instead became an imposter, although I understand that the owner of the body still alive but when the MC take over it near it deadlock should it be fuse to the MC then the old owner would provide more info of his world then sense of compassion to it's people this is only my opinion though.. over all the starting of the story and plot are god except for this confusion

They. Were. Supposed. To. Have. Merged. I hate it when the author etablish something, then break it. The original was supposed to have died. But he was brought back, despite a god being the one to bring modern Max soul to fantasy Max body.

The imposter Lilith would always refer to is the one who came from the modern world, living inside Grantt's body as an alter.
