Don't get how this approach would be taken from someone with as much experience the grandmother has. This is just setting him up for failure in any logical outcome. Wouldn't it be better to keep the secret of his element within the family but at the same time train him in private about it so he can gain some control over his powers to prevent another outburst? Family might have no idea how to train such an element but repeated use would at least allow him the ability to suppress when it's used or not.

It's sad to see poor Ronan being manipulated but thinking from the family side I like the attitude his grandmother took, I dare say that at least in 70 or 100 chapters he starts using the attribute, thunder and 120+ in golden thunder

and not training him in his strongest element would give the opposite effect. he would not be able to protect himself in the future because of this bs. that is if this novel would be logical and not smth that is created by plot armour
