Prices are very inconsistent. Bought a coffee shop for 6k, then the restaurant building for 50k, now the salary of employees are 50k with the assistant chef having 500k. Like seriously? This is supposed to be a business/slice of life/entertainment story. At least make sure to have a realistic approach on prices.

That’s called business building of brand. If you are skilled you can buy something at low prince and earn thousands in return. And Theo is clearly a person capable of that.
