I’m hoping Garp gives his successor an absurdly difficult test like defeating Whitebeard, Kaido etc. The reason I say this is because I just realized Luffy beat Kaido at 19 an absurd feat that make absolutely no sense especially considering Luffy’s no where near his peak but it is what it is. If Smoker wants to realize his ambition he has to aim for a height no one can fathom. Roger said it himself his crew came to early and for whatever reason they’re destined to be surpassed by Luffy generation.

this version of smoker have his 'strong will' because someone teaching . he didnt want to bent his knee to tenryuubito, a quality needed to unlock conquerror haki, so iits just stupid not to give him that rayleigh even stated everyone have the possibility to unlock it

TBH i think anyone can have COC if they have kingly ambitions so current smoker having it doesn't seem too much. And as kaido said only haki matter not the devil fruit and for people like kaido and big mom you cannot hurt them with conqueror coating

i'm fine with smoker having conqueror haki but i think you should give it to him later than him already have it.... like in a "rage moment" and he awaken his conqueror haki or something
