So I was correct, they just made a hole in the mobius strip and are now in the “other side”(there is only one side I know, but they went through it). With how time works here, that means they really have no idea how long has passed. With how the vortex under the island was described as ”bending space” it wouldn’t be wrong to say that the “time” experienced by members of the cohort was affected. As time dialation is believed to be real. It’s a concept associated with black holes. Basically being close to a black hole which can have a pull so strong not even light can escape, the speed you would move at would make you experience time slower than something outside of said black holes influence. (So for example 1 minute next to the black hole could be 10 years outside of its area*this is not accurate*) So, in the vortex where both space and time were ”bending” one can assume that they experienced some time dialation. Effie, Jet, and Cassie all have experienced different “time” compared to Neph and Sunny, so I don’t think adding Kai and Mordret to the list would be too much of a stretch. My favorite movie is Insterstellar so I think this is awesome.

so I had a thought if Effie gives birth to her kid I think one the the kids aspect will have "Riverborn" just like sunny "Child of Shadows" or neph "Hollowborn /Nephilem" and the kid probably wont be trapped it would be an outsider that connects to the river of time and may have the deamon/divine lineage an it will probably have a transcendant souls core strength after its Awakening

What a barrage of realizations

effie is going into labour.. I hope that she have the baby inside her memory and hope that its not affected by the river. Or maybe because the are airborne the child won't be affected?

well they are not on the river technically so maybe the baby will be a regular bany

I was thinking with this revelation that sunny is the mad prince or used to be. What has happens to serpent, when this hole nightmare started it was an ascended tyrant. but as fare as we know it has ping ponged all over the place. Sunny lost and gains cores while on althean's island this go around alone, and how know has fare in shadow dance sunny got in past revelations. What must serpent think is happening? and we have no idea the time difference between the grate toom and the put side worlds. so???
