i won't lie, I hated Nephis for having snagged Sunny's true name. but now as we have progressed and these two people have grown their own separate ways while still dancing their dance, I cannot help but appreciate their chemistry. the old adage "The brighter you burn, the deeper the shadows" comes to mind when witnessing these two. yet unlike what it implies, no danger lurks in these shadows. if anything, there is peace and serenity. i cant wait to see where this goes

I love the juxtaposing emotions and situations present in this new turn of events. So many things coming together in one moment. happiness, sadness, fear? The looming power of the clans within a swords length of their backs. Standing with an outwardly non chalant appearance. Not knowing how that situation will play out. Will Nephis be a kind master and give him free will. Or hold control over Sunless like a puppet on chains of shadow? Will Sunny stay, or run to the Antarctic to avoid his destiny for as long as possible? It really is all coming down to this pivotal moment. Fantastic chapter. 👏

hoping for an in depth look at her journey, I'm sure it's nothing less than incredible. I think her using sunny as anchor to the real world bodes well for their condition. I have a feeling mordret will be coming into play once the clans make a move

we know everyone is going to would to talk to nephys immediately. so most likely she it's going to hide for a few weeks at least, most likely at sunny house or the ivory tower (if ascended can replicate people like transcend can), and what will all the important character think when they visit? we know people like rain, jet, the fire keepers, the sovereigns people (right know morgan), master Jules (they didn't talk but he would interrogate her about everything she did) and more the party turns personal army would be so interesting.

so am i the only one whonis wary of morgan... one because of her brother's escape and two she was asking too much questions about the academy especially the wards. The strange soark in her eyes... and i can wait to see the 5 dynamic together again finally ... plus i know sparks will fly between neph and sunny wether its good or bad.. will she abuse her power... can she give him a command that help him to be free from the flaw...shadow need a master until thay became God's... guiltythree i can't wait... i need to know who killed Nephis mom and dad ... back to biting my nails😭😭🙄
