Cassie is sleeping in Sunny's arms. This is their level of despair and weakness. Without each other's warmth, they would probably be dead by now. I hate Cassie, but even I feel sorry for them.

In stories like these Sunless would take the time to connect to the shadows and darkess to gain new understanding of his element to find new abilities and get out of that prison.

Weeks of hunger and days of thirst and now someone comes crawling to let them out???? They must not be too far gone if they could stand up and face what is coming. Mordret or a Master or a Lost Sentinel. Only future chapters will tell. Can't let the MCs of these chapters die, then the story ends. But then again there is Nephis story to finish.
