Had anyone gotten a good grasp on how powerful a creature is based on its ranking in this novel? Like it seems that soul cores describes overall level of power while the description such as “Fallen” describes its tier with said number of soul cores? (Or maybe I have it inverted?) It just gets confusing for me because Sunny has fought devils and demons but it seemed like he really struggled with a monster, which is two ranks below a devil. So I guess I’m not really understanding, the whole power tier in this series.
