i was just hinting that if true NPC's or at least the citizens of that world were able to get stronger via exp it was a good thing that paragraph was worded as so giving you something to branch off of

MC lost exp when misgard stole his kill, the exp was said to have been split 3 ways everyone other than him was an npc
