The way Sunny is acting is how I would expect most people to act. I've grown numb 5o the average psychopath main character on this website. It's a nice change to follow a character who actually feels human.

Here's my theory. She had a vision on him killing the guy and either told Neph and there leaving him Which is why she's being weird and saying bye

Knowing that Cassie can see the future, Sunny should have panicked the moment he saw her wondering if she has actually seen him or seen what is gonna happen to him. Like a criminal would have panicked if he saw a police car anywhere near him even if logic told him that them knowing what he did isn't likely. But yet, the human mind works in strange ways, sometimes you can't see the picture even if it's staring right at you especially knowing that Sunny definitely isn't stable right now, so, I don't know.

Yup. Trust Cassia even less now. I honestly don't know how Sunny, who's cynical, can trust Cassia, especially when he knows she sees more than she says. If that's the case... she might even know his true name. That's honestly terrifying to me.

Why didn’t he talk to her about the vision? I hope this picks up pace as currently the way he is acting is incredibly stupid for someone who apparently has street smarts etc.

the way the story is coming forward it's almost perfect for me, but this chapter leaved a bad taste in my mouth. It's like Cassie know everything that will happens, and the future it's never change and it's a line that can't be broken, come on author, the future is not like that, the future is ever changing, this chapter looks like Cassie knows what will happens every single moments and this is pure trash!
