with rank 2 and 3 getting 25 and 27 points respectively, I believe it should be 27 and 25 as the second ranked should be higher than the third ranked. Other than that pretty decent start, feels a bit rough, but not so much to majorly hurt the reading experience.
info dump is not really good. would have been better if you slowly dump this info slowly and not in one go. or you could summarize them and later explain the details as story progress.
