I don't like his grandfather

this chapter left a bad taste in my mouth.

From the VA and actor arc the grandfather's push felt (to me) more like incentive for plot? His push in all honesty could be fine if done off screen and without a lot of comment (like a passing thing) because then it won't feel like the grandfather is insulting the maturity of Alex as he's supposedly the writer of Watchmen, Back to the Future and manager of a business himself. Maybe this pairing will lead to better plot, who knows, just some food for thought? Thank you author for great story though!
