I already seen this story before, more than 1 year before in fact, that was dropped so if you rewrite it that all good for me. I remember the MC when alive his brother and sister. He didn't follow the plan they made and he failed their quest (who was super rare ? Don't really remember) because of him. That's soured their relation. He have a thing with his brain who will kill him if he let it like that, the previous novel didn't even go to the point where he was healed, that's stopped a little after he joined a NPC group and was send on a mission with players.
