I guess a weekly blessing from mass should do the trick. As for the inventions, I'm leaning more on the industrialization aspect and agriculture, including entertainment but not the advance techy type, most would be probably run through magic. So it wouldn't be replicated elsewhere.

As for enhanced humans, I am still debating the pros and cons to it. The standard of living would definitely be high and that would essentially lead to longer lifespans without the need of enhancement anyways. But we'll see.

For the opinions of the other Kingdoms and Empires, they would consider his existence and his empire as mere exaggerated rumors, unless proven of course.

He will visit the Asshai Shadows most definitely, it is a treasure trove of the dark arts. As for the inhabitants' reaction to him, most definitely hostile to most.
