I am glad that Maxi is gradually changing. She now ahem expresses her desires at least in her head anyway. She is making progress being "honest" But Riftan? Riftan always feels like he is going around in circles. 🤔He should talk to her properly instead of assuming what she wants.

This is such a great chapter. And it is nice to see how jealous and possessive Maxi is over Riftan. I’m so glad that he went to get her after the dragon campaign even though his knights were told several times by her horrible father that she didn’t want to go. They just need to sort there insecurities and all is well.
