Awesome chapter! 💚 I wonder how this battle would end. Is it really enough for Aldrich to subdue Volantis with that power? I can feel impending doom coming from Volantis quiet response to this beat down.

I feel like the "Volantis" personality we knew previously is almost a completely different person than the sentient orc soul we're seeing now, kinda like Jarvis and Vision. both came from the same source but adding another element to make Vision completely changed his temperment. New "Volantis" seems much more chatty and willful. less obedient, less likely to stay silent when people are talking smack, and less in tune with the abilities Aldrich was beginning to rely on, such as truesight. is there just going to be a learning curve before he learns to integrate his old and 'new' abilities? or once he accepts Aldrich as his Armored again, will he go back to calmly assisting during battles and negotiations and leave his chatty Orc persona for their less urgent "down time" ? it's definitely gonna be a whole new dynamic 😁 he doesn't have the same intimidating poker face during negotiations as before! will "Volantis" start going by the name he had as an Orc? Gorr the Bone Taker, I think? maybe combine them a bit, Vol the Soul Taker 😎 wait, how does he collect stitchings, is that through souls or does he actually take their bones/relevant body parts?

I would love to see a fight down the line- probably Aldrich/Volantis against many, many, enemies - where they switch off who is in command… So Volantis would fight for a while while Aldrich recovers (mana or whatever), then Aldrich takes over while Volantis does the same.
