Honestly, I would be disappointed with him if he accept the offer... A better picking would be the old man of this guy since he could control him, when this guy is full of plot. Moreover letting him access his powers? are you serious in exchange for technology? He is an undead for gaddarn sake he could get an access of it even if it took a century to accumulate them, while his powers is out of this world and unlike any other. I don't know it's your story Author-sama, but I guess I would just became utterly disappointed reading this.
