Comments of chapter undefined of Super Necromancer System

I'm digging the story but I am starting to get a slight frustration on the amount of chapters that have been dedicated to clean up or preparation here compared to the overall chapter count. Probably because I could binge read the previous chapters, but it feels like we have spent less time on his actual revenge plot than on the preparation for this fight. We didn't get a play by play before the plan on that one and got to see his plan as it unfolded which felt better than these last few chapters that could have started the event already and then slowly fed us the details on what was planned while things go down.

Since he's a lich now I wonder if that removes the level cap reduction if he were to summon more chosen undead.

what's the point of the phylactery if MCs just going to keep it on him? isn't the entire point of it to serve as a fail safe and spawn point once the body is destroyed? he's extremely vulnerable to being instantly killed from a single lucky hit at the moment.

Thanks for the chapter! Great chapter and all but Im too focused on trying to figure out if that russian tech guy actually has a vodka generator and whether that would even allow him to get drunk, easily one of the best characters.
