Though tbh I expect him to get himself a (girl-)friend or something that binds him to this planet so as to allow a drama with his family after they find about his super powers...

This story doens't make sense sometimes. they need human laborers for new planets, but most jobs are done by machines anyways? Why dont they just use machines to create these new settlements?
