Sorry to hear you're having a problem putting words together, even if you have the general idea of where the story needs to go. If it helps, you could always imagine the characters as people you already know. If you talk to them about something, what would they say? If they ask you a question, how would you respond? Something like that might help. If you think of things in terms of the flow of a conversation, there are always basic questions that need answers. Good luck!
