This mc projects himself on others way too much, that its annoying always sticking his nose where it doesn't belong and then there's so much bantering instead of story and the moronic mc always is procrastinating his mental issues

Honestly the mc wayyyy out of line. They are only friends he has no right at all to step in the relationship between Susanoo or Izzy in any capacity. A parent and child falling out is pretty normal— and after this theres no way susanoo will ever have that relationship with Izzy after the mc just gave him a beating.
