I hope you feel more light-hearted soon ♡ Music, meditation, and a little exercise no matter how small, can help psychologically too. I'm saying that from experience, as someone who's been struggling mentally for over 10 years. Hanging out and talking with my dog helps me the most besides music, and I find creative writing to be the best distraction/outlet especially when paired with music. Just hang in there, beautiful 💜
mental health funk about no joke think about professional help! people look down on it but struggling with mental health is a very serious issue it can be debilitating and leave lasting affects. if nothing else remember to pamper yourself!!!
