He eventually let her hide there out of pity and even talked to her against such an act. Seeing her cry in remorse, he felt proud of himself for changing her life until she left and he realized she had stolen his gold pouch. The fact that she had made a fool out of him was something he could not accept, and he spent weeks hunting after her. Well, that was how he met his future wifey. going back is risky ..what is she did and went back to when Harold had already died? or if she went back to the begining again .. though if whe did with more knowlegdgeshe could change things but not really bc they were meant to happen that way.
