it basically ranking civilization's on how advanced they are. On the very top (Type 7) is the Eye and it guardians. We as earthlings are a .73 civilization not even a type 1. Each ranking is described by how much energy the civilization can completely control. A type 1 can use the entire world's energy. A type 2 can control their entire solar system. A type 3 can control their entire super cluster. A type 4 Can control their entire universe. Type 5 is the multiverse. Type 6 is reality and non reality. And finally type 7 is the entire omniverse. nothing is beyond that. Type 7 is actually considered one entity (The Eye)

Can't get into the story with all the grammatical errors. Was this even proofread? Seems like english is a second language to the author, either that, or it was written by a high schooler. I had higher hopes as I've found some real gems with a worse premise .
